Signal Forge Markets

Automated · Kalshi sports markets

A scanner that trades sports markets when the game is already decided.

Signal Forge Markets watches live games and buys near-certain YES contracts on Kalshi in the final minutes — small edges, high hit-rate, fully automated across many leagues and accounts.

The edge

Kalshi prices move slower than the live game. A team leading by 15 with two minutes left is a near-certain winner — but the YES contract can still trade at 92¢. The scanner buys at 92¢ and collects $1.00 at settlement. Each edge is small; the win rate is high, because the game is nearly over when it buys.

Two facts must agree

  • 1
    The game is late

The clock or inning shows the game is near its end.

  • 2
    The lead is safe

The leader is ahead by more than the per-sport minimum (e.g. 10 points in the NBA, 2 goals in the NHL).

Live game state comes from ESPN; prices and liquidity come from Kalshi. When both agree, it buys.

How it works

The scanner repeats this cycle every few seconds.

  1. STEP 1

    Read the game

Pull live scores, clock, period, and base-runner state from ESPN to find games that are late with a safe lead.

  2. STEP 2

    Read the market

Find open Kalshi markets for the leagues playing today and read the live YES bid and ask from the WebSocket feed.

  3. STEP 3

    Qualify

Enter only when the market is open and liquid, the YES ask is 88–99¢, it matches a live game, and the lead clears the per-sport minimum.

  4. STEP 4

    Place the bet

Size each order by the account's budget and buy YES as an immediate-or-cancel order — it never rests on the book, so a later swing can't fill it badly.

  5. STEP 5

    Record & alert

Write the real fill to the database and send an alert to the owning account (Telegram) and the shared channel (Slack).

  6. STEP 6

    Settle

When the game ends, Kalshi settles the market and the feed reports the result at once — the trade is marked a win or loss and P&L recorded.

Built for many accounts, one scanner

The scanner trades every active account at once — and we manage and tune the strategy for you. No setup, no code, nothing to configure.

Multi-account scanning

One scanner trades every active user's Kalshi account simultaneously, sizing each order to that user's budget.

Actively managed strategy

We decide when to enter, the minimum lead per sport, and how much to stake per league — tuned continuously as conditions change. It's configuration-driven, never hard-coded, so adjustments take effect in seconds without a redeploy.

Automatic exits

Tie exit, a game-state-aware stop-loss (price and lead must both turn), and a baseball situational exit for late-inning risk.

Read-only dashboard

A live web view of P&L, open positions, live games, trades, and stats — with account management for admins.

Real-time data

ESPN for live game state, plus Kalshi's signed REST API and WebSocket for prices, orders, and instant settlement.

Alerts

Entry, exit, and service-health messages delivered to Telegram (per user) and Slack (shared channel).

Leagues covered

The scanner tracks a broad set of sports, plus many soccer leagues and cups.
